Winter Special- Most useful spices in winter season  The cold has come and it has come as well as the time for warming yourself. Often the victims of the cold become older and the children are easily. We also need to take care of us with them. To avoid cold, we must keep our body in both ways both inside and outside. To avoid cold from the outer side, we use hot clothes, socks, scarves. However, to stay warm from the inside, we should take some special items so that our body remains warm from inside and can tolerate the cold.

Ginger- Ginger is the one of the best spice in the planet and many of us use it very well. We generally used its root part. It is very good for digestion and reduce nausea and help fight cold. This is very helpful in morning sickness. It’s very effective to cure Induced muscle pain. It has medicinal properties and powerful antioxidant effects and can reduce joint pain. 6.Green Tea- Often we take milk tea in morning, but it is not good for our digestive system. Green tea is better option for it. Take a cup of green tea before sleeping. It will work more effectively.

7.Light lunch- Many persons escape breakfast for loosing weight but it is wrong. If you don’t have breakfast, you will have double food in lunch. That will be a reason of your fat. Many persons think that “stop eating” is best option for this then after some times they become weak.

8.Chew your food- Many people having their meal fast but it is wrong. If you don’t chew your food properly it will digest late and may become fat. So proper chew your food.

9.Banana- Many people think that banana will increase their fat and they don’t eat it. Only banana is not responsible for your weight. We should eat banana for having important nutrition(vitamin C, Fiber, Biotin, Potassium ) .

For doing this you can replace your morning walk to cycling, If you can not go outside then lie on the floor and keep your hands by your side. Lift both your legs off and just ride in air. In starting you should do it for one minute after that you can increase time according to your capacity.

2. Crunches- If you seriously want to loose your belly fat then this exercise is only for you because it is very effective exercise to reduce belly fat. To do this just lie on floor and lift your legs off the floor at a 90 degree angle. Lift your hands up and place them behind your head. Inhale deeply as you lift  your upper body off the floor , exhale.

3. V- Ups- This is also a very good and effective exercise for belly fat. This exercise gives V shape to your body. Just lie down on the floor and slowly raise your arms and legs. Your hands should be straight and touch your knees by this position.

4. Superman- This is my favorite exercise. This is best exercise for me. For this lie down on opposite side as your chest touch the floor. Now raise your arms and legs as high as possible for you.(at least 30 second). This is also good for back pain if your work is standing on feet always. By this you feel a rest in your body.

5. Running- this is a very good exercise for the people who don’t have time for exercises. In short this is a effective exercise for lazy people. If you want to loose your belly fat then just turn your walking into running and see the results. It is so simple and magical.
